Shipping

All our orders are shipped within New Zealand through Post Haste, or you can collect from our retail store in Hamilton, NZ.

• You can select to click and collect your item from our retail shop at 21 Hutchinson Road, Horotiu, Hamilton. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to be collected.

• Shipping costs are $15 for small items, $20 for mid size items and $30 for large items, sent Nationwide in New Zealand. 

• We aim to dispatch your item within 48 hours of receiving your order, except on the weekend where we will dispatch the next business day. 

• All orders are shipped using Track and Trace. You will receive tracking details for your order.

• Orders are sent via our network of courier and carriers, and unfortunately we cannot be guaranteed on a specific date at a specific time. However a rough guide is:

• North Island allow approximately 3 working days

• South Island allow approximately 4 working days

• Rural, please add in 1 extra day to the above times
